Terms of service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Nexvize is pre-launch. Today, the only thing you can do on this site is join the waitlist. These terms describe the service we are building and the commitments we are making now; they will be expanded before bookings open, and waitlist members will be notified of significant changes.
What Nexvize is
Nexvize is a marketplace where companies book vetted Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches for fixed-scope sessions — retrospective facilitation, workshops, stuck-team interventions, and interim coverage. Experts on Nexvize are independent professionals; Nexvize vets them, connects them with clients, and provides the platform the engagement runs on.
Refunds and disputes
Nexvize does not hold payments and does not issue refunds. A refund is a matter between the client and the expert: the expert can issue one, in full or in part, from their own Stripe account. If a client believes a charge was wrong, they can dispute it through their card issuer; the dispute is handled between the issuer and the expert's Stripe account.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Nexvize never sees or stores your card details. Payment for a session is collected at booking by Stripe on the expert's account: the expert is the seller and merchant of record for the session and is responsible for invoicing and any taxes on it. Nexvize never holds the money. Your card statement shows the expert's name, not Nexvize.
Fees
Clients pay the expert's listed price and nothing more — there is no client-side fee. Nexvize charges the expert a 12% service fee on each booking, which funds the vetting and the platform. The expert's Stripe account also bears Stripe's processing fee and any dispute fees, refunds and chargebacks on their sessions; Nexvize keeps its service fee on refunds and disputes.
What's not allowed
- Going around the platform. Using Nexvize to find an expert or a client and then taking the transaction off-platform to avoid fees deprives the platform of the fee that funds it and voids the protections both sides rely on (vetting, the platform's record of the engagement, and support). Accounts that do this may be removed.
- Misrepresenting credentials. Expert certifications are verified; claiming credentials you don't hold is grounds for removal.
- Abusive conduct. Harassment or discrimination toward anyone on the platform is not tolerated.
Liability
Experts are independent professionals responsible for the advice and facilitation they provide. To the extent permitted by law, Nexvize's liability for any claim connected to a session is limited to the amount paid for that session. The site itself is provided as-is during the pre-launch period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
