Terms of service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Nexvize is pre-launch. Today, the only thing you can do on this site is join the waitlist. These terms describe the service we are building and the commitments we are making now; they will be expanded before bookings open, and waitlist members will be notified of significant changes.
What Nexvize is
Nexvize is a marketplace where companies book vetted Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches for fixed-scope sessions — retrospective facilitation, workshops, stuck-team interventions, and interim coverage. Coaches on Nexvize are independent professionals; Nexvize provides the platform that connects them with buyers, handles payment, and stands behind the quality of each session.
The satisfaction guarantee
If a session doesn't help, you don't pay. Concretely: the buyer can request a full refund within 48 hours of the session, no interrogation. We may follow up to understand what went wrong so we can fix it, but the refund does not depend on the answer.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Nexvize never sees or stores your card details. Payment for a session is collected at booking and held until the session has been delivered, which is what makes the guarantee above possible.
Fees
Buyers pay the coach's listed price and nothing more — there is no buyer-side fee. Nexvize charges coaches a 12% commission on each completed session, which funds the vetting, the guarantee, and the platform itself.
What's not allowed
- Going around the platform. Using Nexvize to find a coach or a client and then taking the transaction off-platform to avoid fees deprives the platform of the commission that funds it and voids the protections both sides rely on (escrow, the guarantee, dispute handling). Accounts that do this may be removed.
- Misrepresenting credentials.Coach certifications are verified; claiming credentials you don't hold is grounds for removal.
- Abusive conduct. Harassment or discrimination toward anyone on the platform is not tolerated.
Liability
Coaches are independent professionals responsible for the advice and facilitation they provide. To the extent permitted by law, Nexvize's liability for any claim connected to a session is limited to the amount paid for that session. The site itself is provided as-is during the pre-launch period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
