Nexvize is a marketplace for booking vetted Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches by the session. We collect as little personal data as we can, we never sell it, and this page sets out what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Who we are

Nexvize is operated from the Czech Republic. Until the company behind it is incorporated, its operator is the controller of your personal data and answers directly at hello@nexvize.com. The company's registered name and address will be published here before we open.

What we collect, and why

  • Waitlist — your email address and whether you came as an expert or to hire one, so we can contact you about early access. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by asking.
  • Your account — your email and name; a password, which we never see in readable form; or, if you sign in with Google, the email and name Google gives us.
  • Your expert profile — the headline, bio, photo, location, languages, specialties, experience and certifications you choose to publish, plus your LinkedIn URL, which we use only to vet you and never show on your profile.
  • Bookings and messages — the requests you send, the context you share, the sessions you book, and what you write to the other party about them.
  • Technical — a session cookie to keep you logged in, and sign-in records that include your IP address.

Apart from the waitlist, we process this because it is necessary to provide the service you signed up for: there is no profile to show and no booking to run without it. Vetting experts, preventing abuse and keeping the platform running rest on our legitimate interests.

Who else touches it

Our database runs on Supabase and our email goes through Zoho Mail, both hosted in the EU. The site runs on Vercel. If you book a vetting call, it is scheduled through Cal.com. They process your data only to do that job for us. Your data does not leave the EU, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data: until we have contacted you about launch, or until you ask us to remove it. Account data: for as long as you have an account, and we delete it when you ask.

One thing outlives that request. Where the law obliges us to keep a record — once the marketplace opens, tax and accounting law will require us to retain a record of each paid session for as long as that law prescribes — we keep it, stripped of everything that identifies you. What remains is an amount, a date, a duration and a status, and it identifies nobody.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@nexvize.com and we will act within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, or to the authority where you live.

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and we run no analytics. Anything stored in your browser is strictly what the site needs to function.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes — like the launch of payments — we will let members know by email.
