Nexvize is a marketplace for booking vetted Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches by the session, operated from the Czech Republic. We collect as little personal data as we can, we never sell it, and this page explains in plain language what we do collect and why.
What we collect
Right now, Nexvize is pre-launch. The only personal data we collect is what you give us when you join the waitlist:
- your email address, and
- the role you choose (coach, or hiring).
When the marketplace launches, creating an account will involve additional data (such as your name and profile details). We will update this policy before that happens.
Why we collect it, and the legal basis
We use your waitlist email for one purpose: to contact you about early access as we open the platform to the first coaches and teams. The legal basis for this is your consent — you gave us the address yourself, and you can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete it.
Once the service launches, we will also process account data because it is necessary to provide the service you signed up for.
Where your data lives
Waitlist data is stored in a database managed by Supabase, our hosting provider. Access to it is restricted: the database is not publicly readable, and only the application server can write to it.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We only share data with the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting and email delivery), and only so they can do that job on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until we have contacted you about launch, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. We delete data we no longer need.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Email hello@nexvize.com and we will handle it — no forms, no friction. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Anything stored in your browser is strictly what is needed for the site to function.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes — like the launch of accounts — we will let waitlist members know by email.
